On your profile you'll see a button called 'Find me on Frolo' and you'll also see a 'Share' button on Meetups and in Group Chat info. Click on any of these and you'll have the option to share a direct link with anyone outside of the app. This is a great way to get other single parent friends involved in the Frolo community. Anyone who isn't already a member will have to join and be verified before they can see details of anything within the app.
Frolo is a safe space for single parents to connect with each other and to feel supported and empowered. Please ensure that you're familiar with our Community Guidelines and Frolo Values before engaging with others on the app. There will be zero tolerance for those who do not respect the Frolo values and the ethos of the community.
The Frolo community is NOT a dating app and those who use it this way will be removed from the app.
We don't allow self-promotion of any form and ask frolos not to use the community for research or advertise their businesses or social media accounts on the app.
We take reports very seriously. If you have an issue with another person in the community, we ask that you report them or the post associated with them that you find to be offensive or not in line with the Frolo values, so that our team can deal with it. Watch our short video for how to report users, posts and comments: https://youtu.be/RZ2MHHmVjWk.
As well as using the in app reporting feature, you can also email us using support@frolo.co.uk (for technical queries) or community@frolo.co.uk (for community concerns or queries) to address an issue in more detail.
The safety and supportive nature of the community is our no.1 priority and in order to protect this we do not allow ‘naming and shaming’ posts OR referring to or questioning moderation issues publicly on the Feed. Instead we ask that users use the reporting system and email addresses provided so that our team can deal with it as needed. Please rest assured that we investigate every single report as it comes in and take appropriate action.

We cherish our community: We champion each other through the highs and lows. We feel like an extended family to each other.
We empower each other: We share knowledge and guidance with each other. We strive to do and feel our best, and we help others to do the same.
We are kind: We offer each other moral support and engage without judgement. We practise empathy by taking time to understand how others feel.
We share safely: We post mindfully. We feel safe being our authentic selves, knowing other frolos will respond with the best intentions.
The Frolo community is a safe space strictly for single parents - no matter how they came to be a single parent and regardless of how old their kids are.
We welcome anyone who is a single parent, even if they find a new relationship, as we understand there will still single parent related things to navigate that would benefit from the guidance and support from others who get it.

With this in mind, please do not use the Feed or another part of app to publicly report or highlight a moderation issue or concern.
